Protective Finish Available

Your portraits may be coated with a protective lacquer with UV inhibitors that protect from the harmful effects of ultraviolet light. Also protects against spills, dirt and moisture. Ask for a price quote.

 

Fees

Indoor Color Sitting Fee

15-proof sitting is $25, plus $10 for each additional add-on. Due to time constraints, add-ons may not be allowed and are not guaranteed. Proofs are ready in 90 minutes during our regular processing hours. Complete portrait packages are ready in five working days.

Outdoor Color Sitting Fee

Sibley Park or the Hubbard House for your outdoor sitting:
15-proof sitting is $45.00. $10.00 for each additional add-on. Due to time constraints, add-ons may not be allowed and are not guaranteed. 

Location of your choice:
15-proof sitting is $65.00 plus $.50 per mile. $10.00 for each additional add-on.

Proof Deposit

There is a $20.00 deposit due at the time of your sitting. This deposit will be credited towards your finished order.

Terms of Payment

Sitting fee is paid at the time of the portrait session. Portrait packages are paid for when ordered and will be ready for you in just 5 days.

Reshoot Policy

All reshoots must be arranged by your photographer. A $10 minimum charge is required for all reshoots and it must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. Original proofs must be returned.

Cancellation Policy

No shows will be billed the price of the sitting. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel your appointment without charge.

Copyright & Release Notice

Quality 1 Hr. Foto retains ownership of the negatives from your portrait session. All images are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. We reserve the right to use any portraits for promotional and advertising purposes, unless you inform us otherwise in writing.
